Club Values/Code Of Conduct
Horley Lions Football Club
Our Club Values
At Horley Lions FC, we believe football should be a fun, safe, and positive experience for every young player. As a grassroots community club, we focus on developing not only football skills but also important life values such as teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.
Our club is built around the following core values:
Respect
We treat teammates, coaches, opponents, referees, and supporters with respect at all times.
Teamwork
Football is a team game. We encourage players to support one another, work together, and celebrate each other's successes.
Enjoyment
Football should always be enjoyable. We want every player to look forward to training, matches, and being part of the team.
Development
We support players in developing their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game at their own pace.
Inclusion
Horley Lions FC welcomes players from all backgrounds and abilities. Everyone deserves the opportunity to play football in a safe and supportive environment.
